Product complaints


We do our best to ensure that all our products are the highest quality and free from defects. 
However, if the product you receive is damaged, does not work properly or has completely stopped working, you have the right to complain about it and we will help you with that.

Please note that the warranty does not apply to:

  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Mechanical demage.
  3. Battery consumption.
  4. Defects caused by improper handling, inconsistent with instruction manual.


Complaint - step by step:


  1. File a complaint: write to us at office@erotic4.com and describe in a few words the defect, if possible, attach photos of the described defect to the message. Don't forget to include your order number and proof of purchase.
  2. Send the product to provided by us address: secure the product to avoid it's damaged during the transport. If the product is battery operated, remove the batteries to prevent them from leaking during transport and include them separately.
  3. Verification of the complaint takes place within 14 days from the moment we receive the product. During this time, we will inform you by e-mail about the acceptance or rejection of the complaint.


If the complaint is accepted, we will send you a new, defect-free product.
In case we are unable to deliver a new product (for example, when the product is sold out), we will refund you to the provided bank account.
